Become a Partner Agent

You’ll build your own reputation and business under the Giggs & Co name, backed by an experienced team. You focus on creating relationships, winning instructions and helping clients move - we provide the systems, marketing, training and operational support around you.

More control over your time, income and future. You’ll plan your own activity, build relationships in your community, carry out valuations and viewings, negotiate offers and look after your clients - with the freedom that brings, and the discipline and consistency it takes to make it work.

No. There’s no large franchise fee, and you won’t be left to build everything alone. You become part of an established local business, working alongside people genuinely invested in your success - with real support, not just a licence to use a name.

No - you can work flexibly from home, with access to our offices and meeting spaces whenever you need them. We want you visible in your local community, not tied to a desk.

Support with call handling, appointment booking, marketing, photography, video, floor plans, advertising, prospecting, admin, compliance and sales progression - plus ongoing training, coaching and mentoring from Matt, Melissa and the wider leadership team.

We’ll agree a defined local area with you, based on the opportunity, your existing relationships and where you can build the strongest personal reputation. Our aim is for every partner agent to become the recognised agent in their community.

You’ll start with an initial observation and development period, earning a retainer plus 10-20% commission on completed sales. Once you’re ready to operate independently as a partner agent, you can earn between 35% and 50% of the fees you generate - the exact structure depends on the opportunity, your experience and your existing local presence.
