Meet Luke Pearce
I've lived in and around Cambridgeshire all my life, and I know Cambourne inside out. I called Cambourne itself home for 17 years before recently moving to a nearby village, so I understand this area as someone who's actually lived here, not just sold houses in it.
I started in estate agency at 17, working my way up through a respected local independent agency and a national corporate agent, before gaining further experience in new homes across Cambridge. That mix of local knowledge and new-build expertise means a genuinely well-rounded, honest view of the market - whichever type of home you're selling.
What makes me happiest at work is doing a genuinely good job for people - it really matters to me that I grow good relationships with my clients.
Away from work, I'm kept busy by my four rescue cats - Mumma, Lulu, Blanca and Papi - brought home after a holiday in Greece, and who very much rule the house now.

Selling your home in Cambourne and the surrounding area
Cambourne is a modern, efficiently laid-out town just 8 miles from Cambridge, with everything you need right on your doorstep - doctors, dentists, supermarkets and a good spread of food outlets (not to mention the popular Friday night food vans on the cricket pitch in Upper Cambourne!).
Families are especially well served here: there are four "Good"-rated Ofsted primary schools, and Cambourne Village College is rated Outstanding. The Hub and the church host regular exercise classes and community events, and there's a well-used library, allotments, local sports teams and an annual fireworks display, alongside a genuinely active set of community groups. Beyond the town itself, the lakes and nature reserve offer proper walking and green space on your doorstep.
Cambourne is particularly well connected - the A14, M11, A1 and the new A428 linking Oxford and Cambridge all run nearby, with a future East West Rail station planned locally too. There's a direct bus into Cambridge, and London is around an hour and a half by car, or as little as 45 minutes by train from St Neots.
It's a practical, well-connected lifestyle town made up of what were once separate villages - genuinely the best of both worlds, and especially well-suited to families, people with children, and professional couples.
